This is Frank, known as "Accidental Frank" in our house.
When we went to visit friends in Norfolk we stopped of at a Tesco and the kids spotted Frank on a poster. they thought his expression was hysterical and so they grabbed a load of his recipe cards and in the weeks after I started finding them all around the house! Accidental Frank turned up everywhere.
After a bit of searching for alternative ingredients (avoiding dairy for the boy and wheat for their dad) we made Accidental Frank's recipe and it was delicious!
I'm still finding him all around the house!
