What Home Education Looks Like - 12th September 2016
September's Kidzania! This time the advertising agency was working.
We actually spent most of our time in the parents' room, leaving the kids to it, but went for a wander and got some photos.

What Home Education Looks Like - 25th July 2016
The 19th July was the monthly Kidzania visit and this time we took along some friends.
Papaya did very well and has now completed enough jobs to upgrade her Pazzport to Distinguished Citizen... meaning she gets an extra 4 kidzos for every job!

What Home Education Looks Like - 30th May 2016
On Wednesday 25th May we had another trip to Zidzania. This time I left the children to it and spent most of my time in the parents' room. I took this slightly stalkerish shot of the kids striding to their first job on my way to the room.
They occupied themselves and we arranged to meet at Gourmet Burger Kitchen 2 hours later so we could eat tea together.
The kids made their own burgers but I had to buy mine.
I then hung around with them for a bit while they got tattoos...
....and did some more jobs. There is a new advertising agency there but it wasn't working that day so they couldn't do it.
What they did do (that I saw) is artist...
...supermarket cashier...
....bus tour guide....
...and hotel staff....
They did loads of other stuff too but not while I was about. Papaya is nearly at the next level on her Pazzport and then will be paid more each job. She also has around 300 kidzos in her account! Povey has no money left ;)

Kidzania! Another jam-packed visit with both children each making a new friend and doing all sorts of jobs, including Police, Surgeon and building climbing!

What Home Education Looks Like - 1st February 2016
Finally another trip to Kidzania!
This time Povey went straight to the animation studio (it hadn't opened yet last time) as it's his current career aspiration.
Papaya discovered that if you do a "degree" you get extra money when you do the related jobs, so she did a medical degree and plans to do the engineering one as well next time.
They did tons of other jobs too, some favourites were checking the air conditioning vents...
....football...
...making ice cream...
...and making their own burgers for dinner...
I also got them a "Pazzport" this time in which they store stamps of the jobs they do, and also get extra money.
....and get tattoos!
They did plan to do a video showing their entire trip, but got all caught up once in there and didn't manage it. all. I'll help them next time. We're hoping to go every couple of months.
